Yes! We are a pet-friendly apartment community in the Trinity Groves neighborhood of Dallas designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

The Beckley on Trinity offers luxury studio, 1 & 2-bedroom apartments in Dallas, TX ranging between 495 and 1,244 square feet in size. Each home features a full-size washer and dryers for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include  Quartz countertops w/ undermount sinks, walk-in closets and kitchen pantries.

Tours are available in person.

Applications can be completed online or in person.

Applicants must provide a government-issued ID for verification, and income must be at least 2.5 times the base rent.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage.

The Beckley on Trinity does not participate in these programs at this time.

There are move-in and application fees associated with leasing. Our team is happy to walk you through the details and answer any questions.

While our team does not currently offer move-in assistance services, we is happy to help answer questions and make your move as easy as possible.

Short-term rentals are not currently offered.

Open parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest parking is available on the 7th floor of the garage.

We have EV charging stations available on the 2nd and 4th floors.

No. Utilities are not included in the base rent. Water utilities are billed through the resident portal.

Rent can be paid through the resident portal, RentCafe, or the Bilt app.

Security deposit refunds may take up to 30 days after move-out.

Residents can renew their lease by selecting a renewal offer through the RentCafe portal or by contacting the front office.

A 60-day notice is required before moving out.

Residents must provide a 60-day notice, complete a notice to vacate form, provide a forwarding address, update their mailing address with USPS, and ensure utility services are properly concluded.

No. Subleasing is not allowed.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the RentCafe resident portal.

Maintenance issues are typically addressed within 24 to 48 hours.
